Stephen White, M.A.
Clinical and Counselling Psychologist, Director
Steve has been working in Muskoka since 2007 supporting individuals with complex learning needs and mental health difficulties in the Near North and Northern Ontario area. He founded Parkland Psychological Services in 2021. He has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Steve provides clinical supervision to both Rob and Serena.

Rob Jagosky, Ed.D.
Psychologist (Supervised Practice)
Dr. Rob Jagosky holds a doctorate degree from the University of Toronto in School and Counselling Psychology and is currently registered as a psychologist in supervised practice with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). His primary clinical supervisor is Stephen White, M.A., C.Psych. Rob has worked as a registered psychotherapist, psychometrist, and psycho-educational consultant for many years, gaining experience in the education system, hospitals, and in the field of mental health. His current focus is supporting children and adolescents who present with a wide array of difficulties, particularly academic and social/emotional. Rob believes in a strengths-based approach for assessments, which is highly individualized, takes place in a relaxed environment, and allows for ample discussion and consultation throughout the process.

Serena Seeger, M.Ed.
Psychoeducational Consultant
Serena is a psychology professional with a Masters degree in School and Clinical Child Psychology along with a teaching degree in special education. She has spent her career thus far working across Alberta with children, adolescents, young adults and adults with diverse needs. In the past, Serena has supported individuals with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism and various emotional & behavioural difficulties. She is committed to providing individualized, strengths-based support to her clients and their families. Her goal is to create an environment where clients and families feel welcomed, understood and genuinely supported.
